for food, tourism and craft from West Cork, Ireland. Almost 200
local businesses are currently approved to use to the logo and
take part in a marketing and development programme with West Cork

RECIPES SECTION
We have an extensive range of recipes ranging from 3 course
meals to pub grub to platters and soups, all of which have
been taken from our West Cork Caterers Guide. The recipes
were created by Chef Rory Morahan, who has brought a modern
twist and style to some of our most traditional dishes.
The principal ingredients are from producers participating
in the West Cork Regional Brand.

RETAIL AFFILIATE SCHEME
The Retail Affiliate Scheme was launched on 19th March
2003 in the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery. Eleven local
stores are participating in this exciting initiative that
aims to enhance the consumer's experience of local foods.
