Sponsored by CERT & The National Food Centre

Winner:

Acton's Hotel, Kinsale

As evidenced from their involvement in the Kinsale Chamber of Tourism, the Good Food Circle and other initiatives, network support is second nature to the management and staff at Actons Hotel. Many of the initiatives undertaken to promote and develop the Fuchsia Brand have benefited from the experience, advice and support from Jack Walsh, Anne-Marie Cross and Paul McBride. The hotel is committed to supporting high quality local produce and has done much to secure prominence for West Cork produce in the bars and restaurants in Ireland’s gourmet capital.
